  1. We have a 100+ year War On Drugs to deal with. It costs $trillions and kills 10s of thousands every year. It doesn't work. Dr. Lonny Shavelson in his book "Hooked" said that 70% of female heroin addicts had been sexually abused in childhood. We are making war on abused children.
