Addiction is a medical condition. In America it is also a crime. Republicans like punishing people for their medical condition? I thought they opposed fascism.

@thomasdevlin5825 Being addicted to Drugs other than Alcohol is illegal. And being a supplier is more illegal. The crime though isn't called USE. It is called Possession. None the less....... Addiction is a medical problem. Of course it is fascism to enforce those laws. In America the problem is pain. From child abuse. The resultant PTSD leads to addiction. Look it up. Now why isn't this common knowledge? Well government fascism for one. They even have convinced you that persecuting people in pain is a good idea. A Nobel Prize Winner in Medicine said "Addiction is a symptom of PTSD". Look it up. The Government has Republicans cheering for this one. It will become an eternal shame. Like Slavery for Democrats. Or Nazis for Germans.
