On average there is 50 times as much WV in the atmosphere as CO2. The fact that it is non-persistent is often mentioned. It doesn't have to be. You can AVERAGE (integrate) the effect. There is on AVERAGE 50 times as much. Non-persistent ==> Definition - only heat trapped by CO2 molecules can evaporate water vapor molecules. The heat water vapor traps doesn't cause water evaporation.

  14.  @Filosofuerza  I can easily prove to you the world is not made for children. If it was there would be no need for parents. Being a child is not to be entirely inadequate (past a year or 18 months). But it is quire close. The older you get the more adequate you become. And by 18 or 21 we count you as an adult for many things. You can be parent free. No matter how inadequate you are, unless proved so by a court.
