  17. Well obviously it needs government regulation to reduce these hazards. You have to make it legal for that. An excellent argument for legalization I might add. And you probably think weed makes people stupid. It is actually the PTSD they are medicating for that does that. Once that is fixed - use the weed to keep the residual anxiety down. That makes you smarter. Anxiety is bad for thinking.
