  2. You have to do a few things. 1. Destroy the US Economy 2. Destroy the US Military 3. Destroy US technological edge To do #3 you have to destroy US tech culture. Which includes independent thinking and openly avoiding authority. Both normal in the West (especially the USA) and not normal in dictatorships. Dictatorships have limits. Self imposed limits.
