  3.  @d.h.jefferies2191  The Constitution requires an implementing law. The only one left on the books requires a criminal trial. No such trial (requiring criminal trial level due process) has taken place. So far, Trump is not even indicted on any such charge. So we have a State Court disqualifying him based on a Federal Charge he hasn't even been indicted on let alone convicted. One of the best jokes ever. Guess we will find out who it is on soon.
