Counting room windows taped over during counting. A Water Main break - that didn't break. 3AM ballot deliveries. Republicans sent home, Democrats keep counting. Not enough to swing an election I have been told. Wasn't that what they told you? I listened to Chicago in 1960 (WGN radio). The ballot boxes 'lost'.
