  2. Due Process is normally a slow thing. Every American is entitled to Due Process. The defendant can demand speed from the courts. The courts cannot demand speed from the defendant. That is part of American Due Process and Constitution. Citizens have rights. Governments do not. "Speedy trial" is a citizen right.

If you believe the main witnesses for the prosecution who admitted he would lie to put the defendant in jail for financial reward. No reasonable doubt there - at all.

  50. Don't forget Smith improperly appointed. It is like all the cases were brought for their political merits and not legal ones. They had 3 years to make these cases. You would think better preparation, unless they thought the nothing they had was all they needed.
