One or two cases and I might have believed there was some merit. But 4? And the NY case where he is being tried for violation of Federal Statutes? As you point out: "if he was convicted..." and he is quite a ways away from that. But as I said even convictions may help.

The lack of a Drug Prohibition Amendment means the DEA is illegal. There also can not be a Pregnancy Enforcement Administration. I consider that a plus. You?

Or she wants 'crime' decided by comparing 'not crime' documents with those the prosecution wants to convict Trump for. Jurors should not be allowed to see Secret Evidence without security clearances. i.e. jurors should not see the evidence. If the prosecution says he is guilty that should be enough.

  39. It is working as designed. The Constitution guarantees a citizen a speedy trial. The Government is not a citizen. It has no rights.

  40.  @jeris33  It is designed based on a study of the problems government causes (from the Greeks and Romans to 1776) and trying to minimize those and maximize Liberty. The Government in the American system has no rights. Individuals have rights. And the distinction is sharp. So far there is no legal limbo. Things are operating at normal speed. Slow. Since Government has no rights, only the defendant can ask for a speedy trial. The Defendant has not asked for a speedy trial, so the Government is moving at normal speed. Normally Defendants have quite a bit of latitude as to time. They have to digest "discovery". Which can be voluminous. Or preparing a defense. On top of all that - if you look closely, all the cases are meritless for various reasons starting with Smith was not properly appointed. I expect ALL to be overturned on appeal.
