  7.  @janetdotson7829  Funny. I wrote that (unlike what I usually do). The key is that doctors are State licensed. Medicine is left to the States absent Amendments. The lack of a Drug Prohibition Amendment means the DEA is illegal. There also can not be a Pregnancy Enforcement Administration. I consider that a plus. You?
