  5. So far - no one - not even the tax collector - has claimed to have been defrauded. The Government claims he lied on forms labeled ESTIMATES.   6. This DJT supporter totally agrees. I'm still trying to figure out who Trump defrauded. There is not even a claim he cheated on real estate taxes. In a normal fraud trial loses are claimed. The claim is that he lied on forms clearly labeled "estimates - do your own due diligence". Thrown out on appeal.
