  11.  @nk-dw2hm  They aren't feelings they are poll numbers. But I misstated. He is up 6 points. And if he loses J6 he goes up 8. Lawfare is backfiring. One or two cases and I might have believed there was some merit. But 4? And the NY case where he is being tried for violation of Federal Statutes? As you point out: "if he was convicted..." and he is quite a ways away from that. But as I said even convictions may help.

  12.  @nk-dw2hm  One fact you are counting on that is not in evidence. "if he was convicted..." And I have seen National polling that says he goes up 2 points if there is a J6 conviction. The Defections have 8 more months to grow. Hip-hop defections have to be galling. They are growing.
