  11.  @Jose-gj8hv  A former AJ and two Court cited Constitutional law scholars says the appointment was illegal. From my understanding their theory seems legit. It is under review by the appellate court currently. So obviously there is some merit there. More than you would like? Heh. if you want him out - you can't do it in a lawless way. That would look bad - and further increase his polling. Which appears to be what was done. The Biden DOJ is a brilliant ally - for Trump. TDS, like abused child PTSD, is a mental illness.

It is working. Getting Smith disqualified has got to be worth 2 points in the polls minimum. With sufficient effort I think Democrats will have him in the 60s by November. They can't help themselves.
