  1.  @rogergeyer9851  Compare that with what water vapor does to the atmosphere. H2O is a greenhouse gas equal to CO2 according to theory. There is on average 50 times as much in the atmosphere as CO2. There are still no proposals for draining the oceans. Water vapor is not persistent? You can average the results. Called integration in calculus. There is 50 times as much. The problem is 50 times bigger than CO2 and there is no way to drain the oceans. Wind and solar without batteries are not dispatchable. With batteries it is not affordable. There is no convenient low cost way to deliver summer energy in the winter.
