  1. According to GHG Theory every molecule of CO2 emitted into the atmosphere causes 3 molecules of water vapor to be added to the atmosphere. Effectively water vapor does 3/4s of the heating. To mitigate that we will need to drain the oceans. Especially if one molecule of water vapor added to the atmosphere causes 3 more to be added. It is a wonder the oceans aren't boiling already.

  2. According to Greenhouse Gas Theory, water vapor is the most prevalent and effective greenhouse gas. Shouldn't we be draining the oceans?
