There seems to be some misunderstanding though and evidently Ukraine is not in accord with a Soviet Reunion and are willing to fight about it. Poland, which is doubling the size of its Army, agrees with Ukraine.

Just look at the great things Russia has accomplished in Bakhmut and Vuhledar. As you point out - it is obvious Ukraine is losing. Before long Ukraine will be losing Crimea. And the whole of the Donbas.
