  1. Russia allied with the Nazis to start WW2. It doesn't get anymore Nazi than that. Putin is an abused child. So too Stalin and Hitler. They lack empathy. They are permanently angry. They crave power and control. Everyone notices the defects. Most people ignore the cause.
