  2. Uh. No. Because capital is needed for mines. For processing plants. Environmental clean up etc. With Earth's declining population - we have the time to develop an organic (in terms of roll out) industry. Let it sell because it is cheaper. Not because it is subsidized.

  3. I have been saying the Green roll out is a boondoggle for decades. Totally corrupt. It isn't profitable without Government.
