Yes They are. And now Israel will legally defend theirs from war criminals. Kidnappers of women and children. Killers of Invalids. Hamas wears no uniform. Every one in Gaza has been Militarized. By Hamas. There are now only Military deaths in Gaza. Good work. Defending their country.
