  2. I had the pleasure of sending a new iPhone 5 (when they where new ofc) to an apple factory for repair because it came in the box with inherent OS issues. I got it back 4 months later, exact same phone, nothing fixed, and it was slightly bent because they shipped it in a envelope with one single layer of bubble wrap. Apple is a disgusting company
