  1. I had student citizen journalists on scene as the shooting happened. They had already remarked to me earlier in the day that security was extremely weak today specifically. Wilmer- Hutchins highschool. Shortly after classes assembled an argument broke out between a Trans black student and a Hispanic classmate. The classmate was shot in the leg. None life threatening. Trans black student detained on school grounds and in custody. Students kept in dark from information for over an hour, parents for over two hours. Parents where kept outside and given paper to write their children's names on. Ongoing investigation into the cause of and lead up to the shooting. No further information available at this time
