You're saying this to try and discredit any discussions surrounding the UH60 that collided with a CRJ Which was in fact flown by a female pilot. This is the onset of a major building affect. ATC has over the last few years completely lost it's target. It's prioritised social constructs over degrees and abilities, it's slowly replaced it's dedicated workforce, and those who remained are entirely overworked. The head of the ATC was doing everything in their power to do anything other than air traffic management and turned the entire career political. The seeds of destruction have already been sewed. Nothing we can do now but mitigate it and never allow it happen again. What is it exactly you personally stand to gain from attempting to discredit and hide the truth? That I will never know
