  1.  @subikomanner4193  you've fallen trap to a dictatorship perfectly. You believe that because horrid unjust things where done to your family, horrid unjust things can be done to those who deserve it. Horrid and unjust things must not be allowed happen full stop. Otherwise you continue the cycle from a different standpoint. A fair and just trial is an absolute must, for everyone everywhere, because it means people who are guilty will be found guilty and people who are innocent will be found innocent without abuse, Manipulation or strong-arm techniques which give unfair advantages to any one side and create a system within a system that ensures you can essentially condemn anyone you don't like or anyone who doesn't like you can condemn you. Does that sound fair?
