This is actually a phenomenal showcase of how cops start to break down and fail to pay attention and deal with the situation at hand, but instead focus attention to and get stuck on observers exercising their rights and following the law. people watching or recording should not be the main focus of a conversation while detaining and arresting a party.

@ianwalton284 that's the only thing making me get a weird feeling. As far fetched as it is, members of the UN at all levels have children too. It's possible, just not likely

Need to know why he was being evicted. If it's for some bull then he has all my support
2
No such thing as a regular eviction. Need more info. Why is he being evicted? People should not automatically support evictions. Context is required

You live in America. You have the right to carry a gun constitutionly and defend yourself. As someone from a place where your life would get ruined for carrying a stick and were expected to retreat and not defend ourselves leading to 99% victims and absolutely no crime ever deterred or stopped, please explain to me those of you who frankly are idiots ignoring your rights and working with people who are a direct threat to you. Insane.

He retired so hes no longer protected now he can be hunted down

@squanchysquanch1840 yeah renting usually insinuates no ownership. That's how it works. I want to know what happened that he can't or doesn't pay rent. If he's ballen on the streets or at party's and refusing to pay rent get him out. If he lost his job or can no longer afford rent or has an illness that's destabilised his life then I take his side till the bitter end. Watch the video Hurr durrrrrrr I'm specifically requiring information that's been omitted you absolute joke
1
@squanchysquanch1840 in this day and age do you honestly believe that Argument holds up?
1
@squanchysquanch1840 tell all that to the squatters taking over homes and being protected by the law.

@squanchysquanch1840 there is no defence

@willtheoct without any explanation, that's exactly what I believe to have happened too. Incremental rent increases until the man's pension or saved money dried up or it exceeded his weekly/monthly pay. The issue is that's 9 times outta 10 the reasoning behind evictions today. Theres no way to defend what happened here and how it was handled. Our politicians run on fixing homelessness and building communities then they invest in multinational funds that own property all over America who slowly push out the local population and increase homelessness. Some people just completely fail to understand this process
1
@squanchysquanch1840 no. Theres no defence for increasing the homeless population while allowing people flood in from other countries who to add insult to injury can just overtake a property and claim it's there's which is leading to the property owner's getting arrested or murdered

Here we see police acting as a private force using their tools to help a landlord. This is despicable its only a shame the tennant didnt have better aim

I know little about this other than what I've heard here but Shawna mckay does not sound trustworthy at all.

You describe a public arrest being watched by bystanders as "people randomly choosing to observe and spy on a normal, calm arrest" does that seriously make any sense to you? If they where closer people would say they're interfering, they stay at a respectable distance you say they're spying. I mean come on. An arrest doesn't require people being hurt or being physically wild to be watched by people. You make no sense I'm sorry. @rosesweetcharlotte
