  11. I think some dont understand. People are thoroughly sick of being scammed, abused, used and disregared. This man was the victim of a scam. He was a target. This is an extremely unfortunate situation, however the fault lies completely on the people setting this up. They're the reason these things happen. They need to be dealt with so normal people like this man and the uber driver arent thrusted into situations like this.
