"stop this shit dude" they literally dont want to "or your going to die" they'd rather die fat than get healthy. "It doesn't have to be this way" theyve spent years demanding that if they choose to go this way everyone else has to support them and offer up extra seats and space etc. This is exactly the way they wanted it. They wanted to eat with no repercussions and the world to bend and adapt to them the heavier they get. What a ridiculous comment. The pity in this comment section for these people is beyond acceptable. You guys are the reason they're comfortable enough to sit there and die while stuffing their faces. Because in the end of the day all it takes is pity. If you say "I feel so sorry for you I wish you'd lose weight" all they hear is either"i feel so sorry for you" and then feel like they have support and even permission, or "i wish youd lose weight" and now they hate you and will eat out of anger

These people are beyond easy to hate in death. They never deserved to live. Billy who's 27 and lives a good life is rotting away inside out of colon cancer, no one can help him. They cut him up and he loses parts but its just a waiting game. Meanwhile two beds over is sophie who eats 7 big macs a day and is currently requesting her 8th because shes worn out and tired from having to get up, move, and go to the hospital because her bed sores are infected because instead of washing herself she has a tub of ice-cream and catches up on her favourite netflix show. Hate isnt the word. Its too full. Despite. Lothe. Feel physically and and sick both looking at them, and watching people make excuses for them. I beg you all to get a grip and turn your back on these disgusting THINGS

Lemme ask you this, if they knew this was the outcome, if they'd been told hundreds of times this would happen, if they refused to stop shoving their face full.of food knowing this death was quickly approaching because their shoving their face full of food. Would you not say it's deserved? What happens when people die due to extremely dumb acts they choose to do. Everyone sits around and laughs about natural selection "you knew this would happen.
