  1.  @viceralman8450  In Black hawks the only thing fully armoured up to a .50 cal rating is the seats and some areas around the engines and the rotors are artillery resistant. Not all of the glass, but the lower pilot panels are armoured ballistic glass. This video looks like Columbian army on an extraction. The round did not penetrate the window, as the panals in particular are fitted to withstand small to light arms fire.

I remember, leaving a few details out, I was leaving an area after a load of crap and everything was fine, and I put down and straightened My left arm to retrieve something From a pocket, and I immediately had the thought oh crap there's a bunch of water in my sleeve how did that happen, and the second I looked down I noticed a ever growing pool coming from a legit waterfall of blood. Trauma, stress, adrenaline, and the circumstances of the situation itself are all at play and can lead to an unoticed serious injury
