It all seems super unscientific. I'm not from the US so I don't have any real exposure to crossfit but from what I've seen on youtube this looks like aimlessly training until something breaks. Like, if you're trying to get a flexible body that can pull its own weight, there's calisthenics where compound exercises are common. If you want to look great you'd do a whole lot of isolation and train like bodybuilders. If you want a healthy heart and brain you'd do some cardio activity like swimming or playing tennis. You can't just pick some weightlifting exercise randomlu and add a huge cardio element to it hoping to achieve both goals. If you really want to pursue all these goals at the same time there're like a gazillion established sports that you can play and be good at. There're absolutely zero reasons to come up with these weird and confusing routines. You want to add a community element to your workout? Just play football lmao
