  1. Russia is not able to come up quickly with high tech solutions, eg. artificial intelligence to distinguish the Drones from the sea clutter, overhead patrol drones or aircraft. But I believe that ships in ports can be protected by low tech solutions, physical barriers, like fishing nets on floats to prevent the drones to hit the worship directly. I think improvised barrier using old oil drums, rope, anchors and fencing wire would do the job. Working in conjunction with machine gunners and rapid deployment crew on speed boats / jet skis to deal with saturation attack by several drones. Another way of defence are jammers of GPS and other signals the drones rely on.
