  1. The level of corruption in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovenia is not very different from the level of corruption in Italy, France, Spain. It's worse than in Germany, but better than in UK. The really corrupt Slavic countries are Bulgaria and Ukraine and of course Russia and Belarus. Serbia and Slovakia are somewhere half way. The other Balkan Slavic countries suffer more from tribalism and general dysfunction.
