  2. It is the US who are talking about war. Russia has not much to gain invading poor and dysfunction Ukraine but a lot of to lose. Nobody really wants War but the US need SANCTIONS on Russia so so they can cut them off their business with natural gas and take their place. But there are no sanctions without War.
