  1. I suppose it can shoot/fry the drone & move. In a similar way as rocket launchers operate. Rocket starts are also visible to satellites, and their position is know at the time of launching. But firing a salvo & changing position saves the launcher. In case of this equipment, Ukraine doesn't have an adequate air force to destroy the rays of death. It can only use rockets, which could be also fried, unless it's a big salvo.
