President Trump: Xi is playing you! Xi has no term limit and he is trying to wait you out! (whether you win a second term or not). You should be in a "rush" to get this done or to at least get it to a point where the China-US relationship is completely reset going forward. You've done a lot in that regard already, but more can be done. Don't allow Xi to play you!
