  1. There's a visa for getting the top 0.1% talent and it's not H1B. Elon and Vivek know this. H1B is used to hire tech workers doing work any American could do. Anyone working in tech knows this. The 0.1% should be like a few thousand people at most, not hundreds of thousands. All that does is depress wages for locals.
