You can be bullied and also be "one of the guys" you're just the one guy in the group that gets bullied by everyone. It's a sick dynamic, people can be casual psychopaths towards one another, never ceases to amaze me. I've seen it first hand, one person in our group was bullied/disrespected so hard.. I did interference for him when I could but they were so disrespectful to him, I talked to them about it but didn't make a difference. At some point you have to decide if it's worth it to be that person in the group. Group dynamics can't be changed if you don't like them, that's just not humans work. If you don't like being that person in your group of "friends" you have to change groups no two ways about it. Some people find it hard because sometimes it's their only group of "friends" but trust me you can get new, better, actual friends and even if you don't you're still better off without them. I ended up leaving that group for other reasons and I heard the other guy eventually left them too. Best thing he could've done for himself.
