Greg Abbott has what I like to call (anti-rooftop Koreans law) in where if he declares a medical martial law or any mahal law like the (Patriot Act) for a year that means that no one can buy any guns or ammo for a year and by the time that year is over all the gun dealers will probably be in jail. This is a problem with declaring a state of emergency no one should be able to declare a state of emergency except for the local mayor.
