5:16 they need to do that with social sciences and political jargon. ie using weird word/word combinations to confuse people intentionally so they do not exactly understand what is being said. I mean, this goes all the way back into the 19th Century. Marx was renown for it for example, creating large fractures in his movement as some people understood what he was saying while others didn't, interpretation was difficult to comprehend so now you have many fractured groups who all believe 'their way' is the superior way. Almost like a pseudo religion. But you see it in schools, social science studies, and many politicians, always making up new buzz words as well. I remember reading a comment not long ago which made my head spin because you'd require opening a dictionary to figure out what he was saying, and he wasn't saying much tragically after digging. I think all books outside the arts of course like poetry as an example, should be written in plain english.

@dirkhouben9960 Because it wasn't the USSR's production. USSR created Slave State Republics to "Provide" for Russia. Basically the USSR stole wealth/capital/resources/production from it's member states to enrich Russians primarily. It is actually one of the primary reason with very few exceptions why so many of them bailed on the USSR in a heart beat when the USSR's Moscow Government showed signs of weakness. Which is the primary reason the USSR collapsed, as all those member states just flipped the bird and left.

@johndoe2-ns6tf Actually Putin does care. The amount of oil and natural gas reserves in southern and eastern Ukraine started to be a threat to Russia's only valuable resource in the region. When Ukrainian started pushing for closer western ties including trade it would be economically devastating in the long term for the Russian economy which relies on oil/gas exports.. It's the primary reason Putin wants those regions of Ukraine in particular. Russia held a near monoply when it came to sales of natural gas to the EU. Ukraine threatens that. This whole war is a resource war masked by Putin as a social justice war. It is that simple. Being we can not have countries in Europe getting away with aggressive invasions of their neighbors for the long term stability of peace in Europe Ukraine must win. Give Ukraine anything she needs to win should be the Unifying Call of the west.
