  1. A person's definition of a "Bad" guy varies really. Serverus Snape was never a bad guy, not at all throughout the Harry Potter films. He was what you can call a "Mole." He did have to do some questionable things to keep his spying role a secret but still, he was never a bad guy shouldn't be on this list. Francis X. Hummel again wasn't a bad guy, he did what he thought was necessary, it is just his interest conflicted with the US Government. In the end he proved he wasn't a bad person anyways so again, he wasn't a bad guy, he was just "Called" the bad guy. There was no bad becoming good with this character. Terminator not a bad guy, not human, just programmed. One version sent to kill, other version sent to be a body guard, both versions the bad guy versions and good guy versions are all different machines with different programming. In short, they shouldn't be on this list.
