  1.  @LawofImprobability-2  I find it ironic that without reading Rand I try to tell people I know who are depressed wrecks to be more selfish. Because most depression comes from how people precieve their self worth to others ie are you being s burden? One of which she's falling apart because people she thinks are her friends treat her like a convince, ie use her and hang out only when they need her. She's too kind, always wanting to help people. It's admirable but it's destroying her. Placing your own interest above others first is ironically a key to a happier life. If you're very well off sure you can bring some altruism into your life but she's a struggling restaurant owner, she cannot afford to do that after well 2020/21.

  4. No, low carb diets are the best. You don't have to be strictly carnivore. Diary, Eggs, Meat, Vegetables, some fruits. Avoid grains and sugars at least in excess. Honestly far better than carnivore.
