@johnwolf2829 because German is a literal/descriptive language. When they do not have a word for something they combine words that describe said "thing." Like a Regenschirm = Umbrella in English but when directly translated means Rain (Regen) Shield (schirm). ie the two words Regen and Schirm Literally describes the use of the "thing."

Unless you reject the idea of State Capitalism which all sane people do. It's a cop out or couping term. Saying something is Public Sector while pretending it's Private. It's oxymoronic and stupid. State Capitalism doesn't exist. It's a phrase that goes back as far as Marx and has no semblance in reality. As TIK State. State Capitalism means "State-None State" and is an oxymoron term. In most respects it's a synonym for Market Socialism. As I still see people arguing whether China's Economy is State Capitalism or Market Socialism... if they're having that argument they're similar enough for that argument to exist.

@nickjohnson6368 I noticed it when I looked into Anglish. Replacing romance words in english with more Germanic like English alternatives. The same method was applied when no words existed.
