@gbcb8853 To be honest Trump is more FDR than Wendell Willkie. Like US providing Britain with Lend Lease strings were attached, like handing over pretty much all of Britain's research/technology. A far more demanding request than Trump's resource demands.

@muxeng977 Honestly I was more pointing at the grossly misinterpretation of reality from people like Vladimir Putin how belief dictates reality. For example he views NATO and the USA as the boogeymen. Everything bad that happens must be their fault. When he lost influence over Ukraine he believed it was because of the USA and CIA. When Eastern European countries join NATO he blames NATO and not his own actions which drive them away. A logical person would see his actions are the ripple effect which leads to those outcomes, a self fulfilling prophecy scenario. Like Obi-Wan saying "You have done that yourself." Yet but because of belief blinds logic Putin seems to be oblivious to it... the mob that follows him as well. TIK actually did a video on some of his views a few years back. But the man grew up with a Soviet education and still views the world that way inspite the perspective being false. TIK's videos on how people like Hitler rationalize their failures are so important to the modern day even.

@gbcb8853 they're politicians they're all ideologues. Did you see what programs the USAID was funding? They were very one sided and political in nature. That being said, the gutting of Federal Institutions is not too dissimilar to what happened under the Clinton administration during the 90s. So again it was the old Democrat model which Trump is following. Trump's Domestic policies are very pre-2000s and some early 2000s Democrat at it's core. Politics have just shifted that much over the past 30-40 years.

@BaikalTii Nah, Kyiv is more like a 'what if' Poland didn't fall like scenario, even the multi pronged invasion plan Russia used/failed in attacked from all directions just like Poland in 1939. Not 100% clean but also not at all the aggressor in this conflict. I'd argue this is more like 1942/43 than 1945 as well. Nice seeing Moscow deploying horses/mules to the front line as well. Definitely starting to emulate Putler's favor cosplay.

@BaikalTii You do know Ukrainian officials have been saying that every year? Mostly to rally support internationally. Also Russia didn't start a suspected February Offense like they have every year. Which is why Ukraine's military right now has begun multiple counter offensive to secure better ground since Russia has either entirely run out of steam or is waiting till summer this year. A number of Russian Influencers have also admitted that Russia needs another mass mobilization if it plans to stay on an offensive footing this year. Russia is exhausted it's manpower again, as well as equipment. There has also been opinions about Russia training mechanics that was filmed last summer, on Su100, T34-85 and Su152s that North Korea may eventually send more than just infantry in the near future being those vehicles make up the bulk of North Korean Armor.

@BaikalTii If I recall it wasn't intacted, otherwise the Russians wouldn't have needed to tow it. If it's the same one that blow up on the internet yesterday. It's a tank, one of tens of thousands damaged/abandoned/destroyed on both sides in the war. You're showing your bias side hard.
