  2. Barack Obama First Term "I'm opposed to gay marriage." Barack Obama Second Term "I'm supportive of gay marriage." Everyone does it sadly. There is a reason every American president goes to church, even when their policies are often anti christian. lol Coincidentally some of the letters/articles Lincoln wrote trying to convince Southerners not to leave the Union, Lincoln wasn't being honest with himself. Yet those early writings before the American Civil War started are often use to prove Lincoln wasn't an abolitionist. When in actuality he was doing what Obama did with "Gay Marriage" he was political grandstanding.
