I'd say the symbols in general have nordic roots. Being they migraded throughout much of central europe and the plains of eastern europe. I think Nordics made it as far as the black sea without boats of course. We are talking about a culture that lived in a land that just couldn't support a growing population so many just left over centuries, they went as fast west as the Americas, and as far east as the Euro Mountains, ie immigrated a lot. Heck Himmler was surprised how many blonde eastern Europeans there were how many they captured during Operation Barbarossa, and sent special SS units to investigate because it kind of went against their views on Eastern Europe.
