  2. @drscopeify  I don't know the French economy as well as I know the UK one, but investment is currently terrible If the rich 'stop investing' - will we even notice? One of the best arguments for a wealth tax is it gives democratically elected representatives more control over investment, because the current model isn't providing effective investment
