  2.  @Durram258  correct. It already has been cut. Money is needed just to get back to where we were pre-austerity. Budgets have started to improve, but they are still way behind what they used to be

  3.  @peteratkinson922  lots of places are dealing with those, and haven't been affected as hard. Why has the UK uniquely been hit harder than comparable nations when these global problems happen?
