  1. "Spare capacity in the private sector", eh? But there is no spare capacity - private companies don't have entire hospitals set up and sat empty just in case the NHS need them! So you paid to grow new capacity in the private sector, when you could have grown the NHS instead 🙁

  2. I am glad to see the end of NHS England - it was a management layer preparing the ground for privatisation All someone would need to to is stop funding NHS England through taxes, and set up an insurance department - instant management team for a privatised health care system 🙁
