  1.  @glynnwright1699  No, but they are affected by distance. France and Spain are close by. Outside of the EU Morroco isn't too far away, but after that our options fall off rapidly, especially for food that doesn't travel well, like most fruit and salad vegetables. If we exclude the EU, our winter diet is going to be limited or very expensive. That's agriculture and geography, not politics

  2.  @glynnwright1699  We produce 51% of our own food, but not evenly across the year We are almost self sufficient in the summer, but come winter we are deeply dependent on imported food Any plan that doesn't account for wintertime is a bad plan!
