  3.  @ardent.aardvark  that's when Brexit stopped being a vague, open promise, and became a very specific thing, in black and white If you voted for the Oven Ready Deal, then you can't say "this isn't the Brexit I voted for" as that Brexit was publicly available to read, and you voted for it!

  11. You say that capital is also suffering, so it can't be class war I read the opposite conclusion - now the squeeze is everywhere, expect everything to get more cutthroat and nasty as everyone fights for the limited wealth that's still around!!

  16. @François Pignon I can speak to that - right now, keeping the argument hot is counterproductive. The Leave argument was built almost entirely on keeping emotions high and divisions hardened. Since we're not going to rejoin any time soon, there's nothing to be gained by being loud, noisy and giving the Brexit press an easy 'enemy' to point at. Softly softly building a movement is where it's at 😉
