If it does, it brings asset prices down - for example, if you use the money to build houses, you increase the supply which makes housing less scarce How you use new money makes a big difference. Trussonomics will cause instability, but infrastructure investment won't

The promise was we let them get rich, and then they invest and it trickles down. That hasn't worked, so let's try taxing them instead
