@sfgoddard negative inflation is really bad - it means existing money goes even further It lets the already rich become even more powerful without any effort on their part

@imbonkers3629 actual foreign currency debt is a problem, but AFAIK we don't have a lot of that Private debt in UK Stirling is still a problem, but not as serious, while deficit spending is remarkably elastic - not limitless, but a trivial issue compared to hard debt in foreign currency In short, not all debt is equal!

@timwoodger7896 Bannon will never agree with Sanders because Bannon doesn't actually want to fix the problem, he just wants to appear to care about fixing it Bannon is 100% comfortable with massive wealth inequality, as long as he doesn't get blamed for the problems
